Hardeman Construction Company, Inc was started in 1995 by Nash Hademan.  Over thirty years ago Nash's passion for building furniture evolved into a business that allows him to make his client's dreams into a reality. He strongly believes that it is important to respond to the natural environment and blend in with the existing landscape.  He is thoroughly fluent in all modern energy efficient building practices such as rain water catchment, solar, ICF walls, etc.  Nash's  "hands on" approach means he is readily available to answer his clients questions and offer innovative solutions. 

John Heymann was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. He attended St Mary's Hall and shortly afterwards joined the United States Coast Guard. While in the Coast Guard, John started to develop a passion for building and working with his hands. After his tour with the Coast Guard he went to work for one of the leading home builders in San Antonio, Lennar.  It was within this company John worked his way up from a customer service rep to becoming one of the top Area Construction Managers at Lennar.   With more than 10 years experience in the homebuilding industry John is more than qualified to be a Project Manager at Hardeman Construction. 
While his on-the-job experience has given him a well-rounded skill set, including first rate organizational and time management abilities, he excels in the following: 
- coordinating plans and specs to keep projects running smoothly 
- oversee site safety and ensuring compliance
- performing pre-and post inspections to assess quality
John is willing to go above & beyond to ensure his clients satisfaction.
